In fact, I would go so far as to really get to know them. Perhaps if you are a Cafe or Restaurant, meet the regulars of the cafe and invite them to a VIP breakfast one morning. Not only will they become more brand loyal - they will tell their friends all about their "fantastic and free VIP breakfast at Such and Such a cafe".
